New Year's Eve 2025 menu and dancing at La Chaumière du Lac restaurant.

On the menu: festive aperitif and appetisers, poultry marbré with foie gras and Sauternes, crab gratin and lobster bisque, trou Normand, veal with truffle sauce, potato tartlet and vegetables of yesteryear, cheese buffet, dark chocolate and almond galet or ruby chic with red fruit. And finally, coffee or herbal tea and mignardises.
