You'll also enjoy revisited canaille dishes, sometimes with a well-thought-out local touch by the chef.
These gourmet platters can be beautifully accompanied by a fine bottle of wine from one of the 300 references on offer, including 40 Jura winegrowers who represent the local terroir and its complexity very well.
