The world of wine and the world of perfume share more than just scents: they share a vocabulary, raw materials and a quest for balance.

1. Perfume Secrets Revealed
Olfactory initiation: Tiphaine introduces you to the language of perfume. You'll discover the olfactory families (Floral, Woody, Fruity, Spicy...) through rare fragrances.
Train your Nose: You'll learn the techniques used by professionals to identify, memorise and name smells, skills that are directly applicable to wine tasting.

2. Exploring the Wines of the Jura
Original tasting: This tasting focuses on selected Jura wines. You will learn how to break down their aromas and follow the steps of a professional tasting.
The Correspondence Game: The key moment of the workshop! Make the connection between the fragrances you smell in the bottles and the aromas in your glass (notes of walnut, curry, dried fruit, undergrowth, etc.). Discover why a Vin Jaune may have notes of oriental spices or a red wine notes of leather.
