"Les Passeurs du Val d'Amour" (The Passengers of the Val d'Amour)

"To remember.

While some collaborated with the occupying forces, others risked their lives to help men and women cross into the free zone.

Right from the start of the Nazi occupation, people from the Val d'Amour welcomed these "clandestines" as they made their way through the Chaux forest to Montbarrey via La Vieille-Loye and across the Loue river.

The Association pour la Mémoire de la Résistance pays tribute to them through this documentary, which tells their story.

A Glass of Fraternity will be offered at the end of the screening.
