Re-Sources Jura offers you the chance to take a break, a time for therapy and rejuvenation in the midst of nature, with gentle, warm support to help you rediscover your inner self.

A warm welcome
This is a time when we need to be welcomed as we are, with all our feelings, without judgement but with great respect and kindness. You are welcomed by a cocoon of nature, in a home dedicated to self-care, with the freedom and security to be with yourself.

Being accompanied
Christelle is a psychologist with a sensitive approach to unconditional acceptance and support for the priceless self. Her tools are therapeutic and existential communication, which have been shown to have a natural and rapid therapeutic effect, because they are organic, meaning that they guide you naturally towards the spaces that are waiting to open up within you, just like nature. Walks, meditations and sessions are offered during your retreat. Other therapists may be able to complement your work.

Programme

There is no predefined programme; your schedule is whatever works best for you. You arrive with an intention and this intention creates the conditions for you to meet yourself. Christelle's presence brings you security and kindness, and the meetings and accompaniments in maïeusthésie are at the right pace for you.

Depending on you - from 2 days to 1 month - Depending on availability. Predefined dates are offered on a regular basis.
