Semaine bleue : animations pour les seniors

Program: - Monday, September 30: manual activity, candle-making. - Tuesday, October 1, 11:30 am: gentle gymnastics. At 2pm: memory awareness and workshop with Réseau Mnémosis. Then at 6:30pm: intergenerational time, street dance presentation and debate, performance by the Move Different association and initiation adapted for seniors. - Wednesday, October 02: “À table” show, literary treats. - Thursday, October 03: cooking workshop, then optional shared meal.
