Consolation Trail

The Trail de Consolation, named after its majestic cirque, will take you through unique landscapes and trails. The start and finish at the former monastery offer an unusual setting for a sporting competition.
A new feature of this 4th edition is the creation of a 40km/2000D+ course starting from Pierrefontaine-les-Varans.
There will also be a 23km/1400D+ course, a 10km/650D+ course and children's races.

You'll be able to take advantage of some of the most beautiful viewpoints in the area and discover the upper reaches of the Dessoubre and Rêverotte valleys. With over 80% of the course on singles, you'll be back to the roots of the sport. You may also be lucky enough to take advantage of other springs, those of the Lançot and the Dessoubre.
The former monastery will be open for you to spend the night before your race in warm surroundings.
