Course Description

Weekend programme

Reconnecting with yourself: immerse yourself in a gentle cocoon to refocus and welcome the emergences that await your availability. A small group for circles of sharing and shared confidence offer security and recognition of the unique Being that you are.
Therapeutic Communication Workshops: Learn to listen to your inner self, welcome your emotions and recognise the parts of yourself that yearn to be recognised.
Deep Therapy with the Elements of Nature: To reconnect with your life force, experience surprising sessions in a state of communication with the Nature that resonates within you.
In a caring and authentic group, experience the co-creation of unity through the full and right Presence of each individual.
Location: An exceptional natural setting, close to Switzerland, in the east of France, offering a peaceful and rejuvenating environment.

Speaker : Christelle Jeannin
Psychologist and trainer in maïeusthésie, therapeutic and existential communication therapist.
With 25 years' experience working in institutions, supporting families and teams of professionals in the social, medico-social and psychiatric sectors, she now organises therapeutic retreats and retreats in contact with nature, and provides training in caring support using a systemic vision of living beings.
