Opening of the new August exhibition.

Art as intention, and manner as the concept of know-how.

The two notions are necessarily complementary. The message has to be conveyed through a medium, and a vision has to materialise. Once the craftsman has chosen the medium that will carry his intention, he develops an intimacy with it that leads him to go beyond its limits to achieve the fantastical result that is presented to us.


LE BOCAL
An exhibition and sales venue dedicated to the arts and crafts. Every month, from April to December, it presents a different theme, highlighting the many facets of the craft.
We organise events that are open to the public and designed to showcase craftspeople and the techniques they use. These activities can also take the form of conferences, workshops, courses, demonstrations, training courses and publications.

In the gallery, you'll find the work of six artisans whose works will be on permanent display.
