Set up in a room at the back of our barn, our distillation workshop revives the tradition of the farmer-distiller. Our copper stills enable us to create authentic spirits based on the traditional know-how of the Jura mountains.
Scaled to the size of our farm, our facilities allow us to distil our own plants, so we can offer you top-quality products.
As the first artisanal organic distillery in the historic area, we distil around twenty different absinthe recipes, as well as aniseed-based spirits, vodka, gin, a gentian aperitif and liqueurs.
