For the European Heritage Days 2024, a guided tour of the Ferme des Louisots is being offered by its owners, accompanied by the architecture officer from the Doubs Horloger Regional Nature Park.
The Ferme des Louisots, which dates back to the end of the 16th century, is a typical Haut-Doubs farmhouse that has been renovated as a bed and breakfast and inn. The killing room, built entirely of stone with a vaulted base, is remarkably well preserved. The restoration of this Comtois heritage site has been carried out in keeping with the spirit of the original building, while adapting it for use as a bed and breakfast. The owners also continue to farm organically.
Come and discover this building, whose current use testifies to the owners' strong interest in the local built heritage.
Meals can be taken after the visit at the inn on Sunday lunchtime: remember to book!
