Guided tours of Montfaucon Castle
The new board of our association has decided to offer guided tours of the medieval castle of Montfaucon during 2025.
During these guided tours, you will be able to discover the medieval site of Montfaucon thanks to the explanations of our volunteer guides. You'll discover the castle grounds, which are normally closed to the public, and learn about the history and development of the castle from the 13th century to the present day.
These visits are made possible thanks to the work of over 40 years by our volunteers, under the aegis of the Commune and the DRAC, to safeguard and showcase the remains of this marvellous local heritage.
Please note: if you are arriving in Montfaucon by motor vehicle, you should park in the reception car park in rue de la Comtesse Henriette. From there, it's a 15-30 minute walk to the medieval site via the Chemin du Donjon.
