To mark the European Heritage Days, Maison d'Izieu is offering an exceptional day out on Sunday 22 September. Let's take a look at the museum, in and around which we have created a number of original itineraries. Explore the themes with our mediators and let them shed light on the history of the Maison d'Izieu. 6 themes will be covered in alternation throughout the day. Take a look at the schedule and make your own programme - The secrets of the temporary exhibition (last day before returning to the archives for 6 years minimum) 11.30am, 2pm, 5pm - The destinies of Hélène and Otto, children of Izieu 10.30am, 2pm, 4pm, 5pm - Sabine Zlatin, a life of commitmentat 10.30am, 2pm, 5pm - Judging K. Barbie at 11.30am, 3pm, 4pm - Back to 1946 for the first commemoration at 11.30am, 3pm, 4pm - The environment of the Colony: walk to the village of Izieu at 10.30 am, 3 pm. Allow between 1h15 and 1h30, places are limited, booking required, gives access to the museum's other guided tours. A supplement of €2 per person is charged for this tour. Duration: approximately 30 minutes per theme *** FAMILY OFFER: Parents and children, each to their own! For children, it's story time again, accompanied by drawing and colouring, with the "Tell me a story" sessions! Two slots will allow parents to leave their child(ren) at the "Tell me a story" activity to take part in the "Judging criminals" tour.
