Gourmet journey: wines & chocolates
Friday 17 October: two sessions, at 11am and 3pm.
Saturday 18 October: one session at 3pm.
As part of Vignobles en Scènes, we invite you to experience a rare and unexpected moment at the crossroads of flavours. What if you were to be surprised by an encounter as daring as it is elegant, between the fine aromas of our wines and the intensity of our hand-crafted chocolate?
Our family-run wine estate, nestling in the heart of the authentic Jura countryside, opens its doors to you for an extraordinary tasting experience. Here, every stone, every vine, every gesture tells a story: that of a passion passed down through generations for a unique terroir, shaped by time and the hand of man. It's in this privileged setting that we offer you a unique sensory experience, where conviviality meets emotion.
You'll be guided step by step through an exclusive tasting of six carefully selected wines from our cuvées, each chosen for its personality, balance and pairing potential. Each wine is matched with a hand-crafted chocolate made by "La Tuile Gourmande", a local chocolatier renowned for its creativity and expertise. These original creations have been designed to dialogue with the wine, revealing its subtlety or, on the contrary, playing on contrasts to awaken your senses.
Imagine the delicacy of a white wine with floral notes melting into the smoothness of a chocolate lightly scented with citrus fruit. Let yourself be surprised by the power of a structured red wine confronting the intensity of a full-bodied dark chocolate. Finally, discover how an emblematic Jura wine can find an unexpected resonance in a spicy ganache, a coffee praline or a dried fruit bar. Each pairing is a revelation, a fragile and delicious balance between two worlds that seem to be at odds, but which, when brought together, offer an unprecedented harmony.
This experience, imagined as a real sensory journey, changes with the seasons. The combinations change according to the vintages available.
