Medicinal plants weekend

On the programme:
- Botanical exploration and nature gathering
- Preparation of care products based on wild plants.
- Swimming, paddle-boarding for the intrepid, and dream landscapes :-).

Two possible slots:
- Friday 4 April until late afternoon on 6 April
- Friday evening, 16 May, until late afternoon, 18 May.

This course is a real invitation to reconnect with the benefits of nature, in an enchanting setting, ideal for recharging your batteries and learning to become more autonomous by connecting with nature....

On Friday evening, I'm inviting Marie-Laure Guerry from Otour des Plantes to give us a homemade emulsion workshop: make your own skincare cream using wild plants from the Jura.
