"Movement, resistance and relaxation. Mobility and stability in perfect balance".

A choreographer and teacher based in Brussels, she trained in Belgium and India in Iyengar yoga, which she has been practising in conjunction with Boody-mind Centering for over twenty years. Drawing on her experience of movement and the study of posture, Félicette teaches yoga using physiological, anatomical and organic guidelines.
