The Maisons de Châtel are located in the middle of nature on the Revermont ledge. It is a historical place of the territory, a former Benedictine priory linked to the abbey of Gigny. The church of Saint-Etienne de Châtel became the seat of a large parish. The site is located on a hill opposite the castle of Chevreaux.

The Gizia residence offers single or double accommodation

It offers 36 rooms with communal areas and all services.

It has 6 levels served by a lift (except the attic).

- a ground floor for reception, offices, dining rooms, lounges and services.
- three floors for 30 individual rooms (approved and secured for the reception of elderly people), fully equipped
- an attic level with 6 fully equipped rooms.
