Au Balcon du Miroir
Plaimbois du Miroir, a typical Haut Doubs village in the centre of the new Doubs Horloger Regional Nature Park, overlooking the Dessoubre valley and the cirque de Consolation. A Belvedere "La Roche du Miroir" offers a magnificent panorama of this valley. The high cliffs are home to numerous chamois and peregrine falcons. At the heart of the village is a church with a Franc Comtois bell tower topped with colourful glazed tiles. From the village you can follow marked and safe hiking and mountain bike trails.
