Direct access to the Madonna

Built in 1850, the Madonna was struck by lightning in 1944, before being restored in 1949 and blessed on 5 October 1950. Its position affords a bird's-eye view of the village centre and the viaducts of the Ligne des Hirondelles. There is also a panoramic view over the Morez valley and a 90-degree bend as the Bienne valley plunges towards Saint-Claude.
