At an altitude of 1200 m, 500 m from the Ferme de Laisia (Les Molunes), in the middle of pastures, Pascale and François, "young retired" farmers, welcome you under their roof, in an old farmhouse dating from 1736. Access is via a path that is not cleared of snow in winter.
The gîte is well insulated and bright, with a living room and bathroom on the ground floor, and a mezzanine balcony on the first floor leading to 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other with 2 single beds (90cm), and a folding cot. Wood-fired heating, dry toilets.
Just 500m away, Hugo, Delphine and their team welcome you to Ferme de Laisia. This traditional farm has been practising organic farming for 40 years, raising a small herd of cows, a few pigs, sheep and chickens, and making Haut-Jura cheeses in a copper cauldron heated over a wood fire and, more recently, wood-fired bread.
