Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), the 80m² apartment has been completely refurbished. Sleeping up to 7 people, it comprises three bedrooms, the first with a double bed (160x200cm), the second with two single beds (90x190cm) and the last with a single bed (90x190cm). The living room also features a Bz-type sofa bed with a comfortable 160x200cm mattress.
The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, electric oven, microwave, combined fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso-compatible l'Or Barista coffee maker...
It is equipped with reversible heating, so that the apartment can be cooled for greater comfort during the summer months.
A garage at the foot of the property completes the rental package.
Baby equipment available on request free of charge: cot, mattress, bathtub, toilet seat reducer, changing mat, chair booster.
Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included in the rental price, as is cleaning. However, we ask you to take out the rubbish, put away the dishes and unmake the beds on your departure.
