The sleeping area comprises 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), the second with a double bed (140cm). A bathroom and separate WC complete this floor.
On the second level, there are 2 bedrooms: the first with 3 single beds (90cm), the second with a single bed (140cm). There is also a shower room with WC.
Attached land - Private garage on the ground floor and shared by the two flats. Shared washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage.
No pets allowed.

Please note: In winter, car access at the foot of the chalet, with snow tyres.

Practical info: In summer and winter alike, you'll find all the activities you need nearby; downhill skiing is 300m away and cross-country skiing is 1km away. Skibus departure point 150m away.
In summer, there are numerous hiking trails in the resort and the Lac des Rousses is 8km away.
The nearest shops are in the village of Prémanon, 2km away, and the village of Les Rousses is 6km away.
