This large 380 m2 house has 4 bedrooms with modern, designer decor and an indoor swimming pool (4m x 11m) with counter-current swimming, heated all year round for your sole use. Set in 25 acres of unoverlooked countryside, overlooking the village of Mournans. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have a private bathroom with a whirlpool bath, and two others share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and hydro-jet massage system. The lounge has a library, a fireplace and a video projector with Apple TV. A fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare tasty dishes to delight your taste buds. Outside, there's a table tennis table, a boules pitch, games (badminton, football, etc.) and a barbecue. Parasols, hammocks and Fat Boy garden furniture are available on the terrace. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board.
