Detached 66 m² house with terrace, barbecue, garden and independent access for 6-8 people, overlooking orchard, in a quiet area, close to the town centre and tourist attractions (tourist port, museum, various gardens, cycle route), possibility of walking from the SNCF station or transfer by us.

- One bedroom with double bed and bathroom with WC
- A bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed and separate bathroom and WC
- A large room with living room and kitchen opening onto the terrace.
- 20m² terrace with picnic table and bush.

There is a pull-out bed in the lounge.
Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, crockery.
Washing machine and television.
The gite is fully equipped with mountain furniture.

Rental for two nights WE: 220€.

Activities available:
Cycle track 800m along the banks of the Doubs. The Chaux forest with its various running and mountain bike trails is 1 km away. Fishing: River Doubs visible from the house 50m away and river Loue 1st category a few minutes' drive away.
Free access to the Dole baths in the Doubs (5 minutes' walk from the gîte).
A 5-minute drive takes you to the Isis water park, which has a 50-metre Olympic-size pool, a learning pool with whirlpool baths and various slides.
Lake Chalain is 45 minutes away by car.
Other activities include tree climbing, white water kayaking, tennis, the Pasteur museum and a visit to the collegiate church.
Shopping area, restaurants, bakery 5 minutes' walk away.
