Au P'tit Chalet - M Bresson

Small chalet renovated in June 2022 for a family of 2/4 people or 2 couples.

Set in a charming little mountain village at an altitude of 900 m in the Haut-Jura, where you'll find peace and quiet and plenty of sunshine.

Ideally situated at the foot of the cross-country ski runs, at the start of the hiking trails and close to lakes and waterfalls.

Au P'tit Chalet can be rented for a minimum of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday) during the school holidays, and for 2 nights or more during the rest of the year.

Description: Courtyard and large private car park (not fenced). Entrance on one level, with a 90 cm wide door opening onto the main room. This includes a fully-equipped kitchen with appliances (microwave, kettle, Senseo, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, etc.) and the living room with sofa, connected TV (Netflix) and wifi.

The bathroom includes a washing machine, heated towel rail and 90x140cm walk-in shower.

1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed.

Mezzanine accessible by retractable ladder with 2 beds 80x200 cm that can be combined to form 1 bed 160x200 cm.

Heating by pellet stove (pellets at extra cost) and 2 electric inertia radiators.

Insect screens on each window and on the front door.

Plancha, barbecue, raclette machine and fondue pan.

No parties allowed.

Pets are welcome, but there is an extra charge of €10 per pet per stay.
