On the ground floor of a beautiful residence entirely renovated, bright and warm, 80m2 gîte for up to 8 people, fully equipped, enclosed park with games, garden furniture, ping-pong table, parking. Pets allowed. General information :
We will welcome you as a couple, with your family or with your pets in our comfortable flats in our 2 villas, 300m from the centre of the Village of Clairvaux and 12 min walk from the lake. There is a communal garden with garden furniture, BBQ and children's games (summer). It is the perfect place to start your walks, hikes and visits.

Arrival is possible from 3pm - departure at 10am, charges included, tourist tax 1,30 €/night / persons over 18 years (paying options at choice: end of stay cleaning 35€, extra bed 20€, bed linen 15€/ bed, towels 5€ / pers, sociable animals allowed (except dog category 1 and 2) 20€ per animal/ stay, large car parking
