Brou-Seillon : entre histoire et nature

Pleasant studio located between the Monastery of Brou and the forest of Seillon.
Our 20 m² studio is located in Bourg-en-Bresse, 3 km from the city center, 1.8 km from the royal monastery of Brou, 1.2 km from Ainterexpo and the Ekinox basketball stadium and one kilometer from the forest of Seillon. You can also visit the Cerdon caves, the Bouvent lake and the Plaine Tonique in Malafretaz.
Our apartment can accommodate 2 people.
The apartment has a sleeping/living area (sofa bed that can be converted into a queen size bed, 160x200cm), a dining area and a study area, as well as a kitchen separated by a bar, separate toilet and private bathroom. Our studio is equipped with central heating, VMC, hot and cold water. Our apartment is ideal for history lovers, nature lovers, sportsmen, or people on a business trip.
Linen, towels and bed linen are provided. The apartment is on the garden level of our house. It is quiet, its entrance is independent and gives onto a courtyard. The window of the kitchen gives on the back of the garden which surrounds the house.
We put at your disposal a part of this garden so that you can enjoy the songs of the birds and the benefits of the perfumed flowers. One of the assets of our establishment.
The area is popular with golfers, nature lovers, fishermen, rock climbers, swimmers, and other sports enthusiasts.
We are close to the University Lyon I Alimentec and III Jean Moulin, Bachelor EGC, ECAM-CCI, several professional high schools and training centers such as: AFPMA, LCF de Péronnas, CFA des Vennes in Bourg en Bresse.
By car
Our accommodation is accessible from the A42 and A43 freeways and the RN 1083 from Lyon and the Saint Exupèry airport.

Our house is located on a closed square. If you arrive by car you can simply park on the square or at 30 m, parking is also free.
By plane
From the airport, you can reach the train station with the OUIBUS shuttle, regular line, direct trip with 1h05 for about 20€.
By train
From the SNCF station of Bourg en Bresse, get out at the reception and ticket office and (without crossing the street) you can take the bus line 1, direction "Verlaine", it's the stop "Chartreuse", you have to walk 150 m. At the train station you can also take a cab.
To move towards the city you will use the same line, but in the opposite direction.
