Ground floor: entrance hall, Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 single bed, lounge/office area, shower room with wc (optional extra charge of €20/week). Upstairs: Bedroom 3: 1 double bed, large living room with access to balcony, fully-equipped fitted kitchen area, shower room, separate toilet. Electric heating, €50 cleaning charge, bed linen hire (€8/pair). Children's play area shared with other accommodation. The gîte is ideally situated for a wide range of activities in both summer and winter. One pet allowed with a deposit of €200.
