Set in 1000 m² of fully enclosed grounds, the ground floor comprises a bright living room with fully-equipped fitted kitchen, a sitting room (with TV) with direct access to a covered terrace, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), a shower room with WC and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: one with 2 pull-out beds (sleeps 4) and the other with a double bed (140x190), a bathroom with bath and separate WC. Outside: garden furniture with barbecue and deckchairs. Little extras: table tennis and table football Note: this gîte is recommended for 6 adults and 2 children (one bedroom sleeps 4 in a trundle bed). Electricity consumption costs according to consumption: the meters will be read on arrival and at the end of the stay (approx. €10 to €15/week without electric heating or €40 to €60/week with controlled use of electric heating in winter).
