Rustic, typical detached chalet just a stone's throw from the ski slopes.

The 100m² chalet comprises a ground floor with a living room, a shower room and two separate bedrooms with washbasins, one with a 140cm double bed and the other with two 90cm single beds.
Upstairs, on the landing, there is a WC and a separate bathroom with washbasin, shower and washing machine. The main room has a kitchenette, a dining/living room with sofas and a bedroom with a 160cm double bed.
There is also outside access to the unfenced grounds.
Private parking at the chalet in summer and communal parking 150m away in winter.
1 pet accepted (1 dog or 1 cat).

Practical info: In summer and winter, you'll find all the activities you need in the resort; downhill ski slopes are 1.2km away and cross-country ski slopes are 800m away. Skibus departure (in winter) 1.2km away. Prémanon is 4km away and Les Rousses 6.5km.
In summer, you'll find numerous hiking trails in the resort and you can enjoy a swim in our mountain lakes.
