Chalet l'Emeraude

A chalet, a small fisherman's house...L'Émeraude is an atypical holiday rental with a lot of charm, ideally located in the heart of the JURA lakes region (Vouglans, Clairvaux, Chalain, ...) in Pont-de-Poitte (right next to the port of La Saisse and the famous Marmites) and at 2 steps from the mountain.
Situated a little behind the village, in a peaceful area, L'émeraude can accommodate up to 5 people in very good conditions of comfort.
It is composed of a beautiful living room, including a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a flat screen, DVD player and Orange TV.
For sleeping, you will find two independent bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds of 90 cm and 140 cm.
Bed linen, towels and household linen are provided and the beds are made on arrival.
Baby kit (cot, high chair, bath ring, changing mat) free on request.
The general decoration is neat and light.
You will also find a bathroom with shower where soap is offered to the guests + independent WC. You can use the washing machine and ironing facilities.
L'émeraude also benefits from an air-conditioning system in case of hot weather, a free Wi-Fi connection and a fixed telephone line (see conditions with the owner).
Outside, a very nice covered and shaded terrace (awning) will allow you to enjoy the fresh air around.
A petanque court is located in the enclosed park with trees. You can also park your car easily and store a boat in complete safety.
Finally, a room adjoining the rental is available to store equipment (bicycles, fishing rods, hiking equipment, skis, canoe, ...). You will also find a barbecue, some outdoor games including a Molkky and deckchairs.
L'Émeraude is the perfect holiday rental for a family, friends (fishermen, hikers, mountain bikers, ...) looking for a change of scenery in the Jura!
