The New Hampshire Chalet is Anne-Louise's family dream: a place to gather and create new memories, and a place to share. Originally from New Hampshire in the USA, the owner fell in love with the region of lakes and small mountains that remind her of home. This modern, eco-friendly chalet comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting room with TV and wood-burning stove, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), a shower room with bath and walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs is a mezzanine with a small sitting area featuring a TV, books and board games, an office area ideal for teleworking, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed (140x190) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) and 2 bunk beds, a shower room with shower and a separate toilet. Outside, there is a lovely terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, and a garage for storing your bikes or motorbikes. Ideally located for lovers of cycling, walking and horse-riding, you can also explore the lakes and waterfalls and get to Bourg-en-Bresse in 30 minutes to visit the famous Brou royal monastery. There is also a pétanque court on site (communal but just behind the chalet on the dirt track). Tennis 8km away (Aromas). There are also marked hiking trails on site. Please note: the basement is rented all year round.
