Come and stay in this magnificent, completely renovated property, nestled in a 3 hectare park, frequented by chamois, you will appreciate a superb heated swimming pool of 10 m X 5, in the heart of nature, 7 kms from Arbois, the cradle of Jura wines and at the gateway to the region of lakes and waterfalls.....but also to the Thermal baths at Salins les Bains ....
This 85 m2 gîte has been completely renovated and opens on the ground floor onto a large living room with a new, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven....), a living room with flat-screen TV, a spacious shower room with Italian shower (1.40 m x 1.20 m) and toilet, another separate toilet, a bedroom with latex bedding (160 x 190), equipped with blanket, pillows and bolster.
On the first floor, you will discover a mezzanine bedroom ideal for children, equipped with two 80 x 200 beds with blankets and pillows and an independent bedroom with 140 cm bedding equipped with blankets, pillows and bolsters.

Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace with direct access.

In the park, you can enjoy the shared swimming pool area (heated from mid-May to mid-September) of 10 X 5, a relaxation area of 145 m2 with deckchairs to relax

You can meet around the petanque court and a barbecue area under the trees, if you wish to escape the Jura sunshine.

Walks directly from the park, Chatelaine lookouts, the magnificent Tufs waterfalls via the old Roman road, or the Moidons forest......
