This house, with its typical Jura farmhouse architecture, is ideally situated for a relaxing and sporty holiday in the heart of the small mountains and the Suran valley. You can enjoy the immediate proximity of hiking, cycling and mountain biking routes as well as lakes.

This large, semi-detached but very quiet house, ideal for holidays with friends or family, consists of :

> On the ground floor: a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto this beautiful living room. The lounge area includes a TV and an independent toilet is located on the ground floor.

> On the first floor :
- a twin room (with 2 single beds), with a beautiful view of the belvedere of Fays (Gigny-sur-Suran)
- a double room with a 140cm bed, overlooking a garden
- a large bathroom with shower cubicle and a second independent toilet.
- baby equipment: high chair, bed, bath and changing table.
- an extra bed (child or teenager)

Outside: in front of the gîte is a small garden with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs so that you can enjoy the beautiful days. Fruit trees will delight you in the summer!
