Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room with exposed-glass hob, enclosed veranda with dining area. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, Bedroom 2: 1 single bed, bathroom, separate WC. Upstairs: sitting area, study area, bedroom 3: 2 single beds, optional shower room at an additional cost of €30/week. Wood and electric heating (wood package varies from €25 to €45 depending on the season). One pet allowed with a deposit of €200.
