The other house is occupied by the owner. Quiet setting. Not overlooked.
The house comprises on the ground floor, 3 rooms opening onto the terrace: kitchen/dining room, living room, bathroom and WC and a bedroom with 2 twin beds (90 x 190).
Upstairs is a bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200) and a washbasin.
