BIOCLIMATIC GÎTE JURA
This gîte sleeps 6 people (80 m2). Built in 2021, it is located in a village of 275 inhabitants at an altitude of 900 m. Facing due south, with large bay windows that open onto nature, the house benefits from passive house technology (double-flow ventilation, solar panels, puits canadien, rainwater recovery).
This very sunny house has large wooden terraces, grounds planted with flowers and trees (1200 m2) and a vegetable garden, with a splendid view over the combe.
It comprises 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 80cm beds and an open-plan bedroom/TV room with a sofa bed.
The living area comprises a kitchen (equipped for cooking and eating for 6 people) and a lounge (sofa and armchairs).
There is also a bathroom (shower and washbasin), a WC, an entrance hall and a laundry/storage room.
In the other part of the house is my practice for sophrology and therapy. Depending on the period, it is possible to rent the whole space, bearing in mind that the 2 parts can communicate from the inside. The practice/studio is 40 m2 (1 entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom/wc, 1 living room) and is accessible for people with reduced mobility.
