This 42 m2 gîte has been completely renovated and opens onto a living area with a new, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, pyrolysis oven, microwave....), a lounge/living room area with flat-screen TV, a bedroom with 160 x 190 latex bedding (equipped with a 220x240 duvet, pillows) communicating with a spacious shower room (hairdryer), with an Italian-style shower (1.70 m x 1m), washbasin, washing machine and suspended toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy a terrace directly accessible, on the park and pool side, equipped with garden furniture and parasol....
