Gîte chez Coline et Elie

Located on the owners' property but independent, this charming gîte offers two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living room with open kitchen for a total of 50 m².

There is also a sunny terrace on stilts with a table and garden furniture, as well as a more shaded area on the ground floor with deckchairs, sofa and barbecue.

This non-smoking gîte can accommodate from 1 to 4 people.

The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed and the second has a pull-out bed that can be adapted into a single 90x200 bed or, when joined together, into a 180x200 double bed.
The sofa bed in the living room can exceptionally accommodate a 5th person (paying option)

Fully equipped gîte, fenced garden, closed room to store your equipment, bikes or motorbikes. Hiking trails start directly from the house, ideally located to discover the Bugey.

The gîte has been awarded the "Ain à Cheval" label and is equipped to welcome riders and their horses. A large meadow divisible into paddocks, a tie-up bar, an outdoor shower area and a saddlery area are available.
