Welcome to the Chalour Gite, a charming cottage for 14 people in the heart of the Ain region.
Between nature and heritage, this former 18th-century coaching inn is a place steeped in history, marked by the construction of the Cize Bolozon dam in the 1930s and the events of World War II.
This charming cottage welcomes you for a unique stay, combining authenticity and comfort. It features large, bright living spaces. The entire renovation has preserved its period furniture, old-fashioned parquet floors, and a family-style decor.

Located in Corveissiat, this place invites you to a perfect stay for hiking, cycling, and discovering the local heritage.
Are you familiar with the Ain Gorges? Beautiful walks with magnificent panoramas. On sunny days, refresh yourself in the Cerdon Caves: a fascinating journey into the heart of prehistory. For a gastronomic discovery, regional specialties—quenelles with Nantua sauce, frogs' cheese, Comté. Would you like to taste this PDO cheese? What if your stay consisted of a family atmosphere around the private salt-water pool (7 x 3.5 m and 1.5 m deep at its deepest point). Outdoor games await you—ping-pong, trampoline, etc.

Ground floor: kitchen open to the living room and lounge. Pantry. Shower room with toilet. Separate toilet.
On the first floor, a total of 6 bedrooms: 3 with 160x200 cm beds, 1 with 4 bunk beds for 90 cm, 1 with 1 single bed for 90 cm, and 1 with 3 single beds for 80 cm, 2 of which can be joined together. 2 bedrooms have private bathrooms. 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 2 separate toilets.

Travel light: beds made upon arrival, towels and household linen provided. Utilities included: Pellet heating. Optional (recommended): €180 cleaning fee.
A 3-child cargo bike on request. Electric vehicle charging station available. 5-space parking.
