In the heart of the village of Outriaz, this cottage is in a typical Bugist house completely renovated in 2007. This accommodation is on 2 floors, 127 m², can accommodate up to 8 people with three large bedrooms with modular beds.
The independent entrance opens onto a hall with access to a bicycle and ski room. By an internal staircase, you reach on the one hand a laundry room including the washing machine, dryer and household utensil; and on the other hand, the entrance to the gîte which opens onto a corridor leading to the living room, dining room and its lounge area with wood stove, and a semi-finished fitted kitchen to the living room. Access to the terrace (16 m²) is directly from the living room or the kitchen. Separate toilet and bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink.
The second floor consists of a bathroom (bath and shower) with integrated WC; and a choice of three bedrooms and a small dressing room in the continuity of the hallway. The first large bedroom, in raspberry tones, is equipped with a large 180x200 bed and a 90x200 bed. The second bedroom, with its "taupe" touches, includes three 90x200 beds (with the possibility of making a large 180x200 bed with sheet and double duvet); finally the third bedroom, with gray walls, is equipped with 2 beds 90x200 (possibility of making a large bed 180x200). Electric and wood heating. The advantage of this cottage: beds are made on arrival, towels are provided and charges are included.
A beautiful balcony-terrace to enjoy the plancha, the garden table and chairs. Possibility to store bicycles or ski equipment in the room provided for this purpose.
This cottage is located about 15 minutes from Nantua (glacial lake), the ski slopes 15 minutes from Hauteville, 20 minutes from the Plateau de Retord.
