This detached house in a quiet location comprises, on the ground floor, a small sitting area with wood-burning fireplace (provided free of charge), 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the second with 1 double bed, a utility room with shower and WC, a veranda and a garage. First floor: fully-equipped fitted kitchen, lounge with TV and convertible sofas (possibility of accommodating 1 or 2 extra people on request and at extra cost), dining room with direct access to the balcony with garden furniture, bedroom with double bed (140cm), bathroom with bath and separate WC. Outside, there is a fenced 8 x 4 metre swimming pool (maximum depth 1.5 metres) and a pool house. Deckchairs and a barbecue are also available. For your comfort, beds will be made on arrival and towels provided. Ideally located for exploring the spa town of Lons le Saunier, Louhans and its famous market, or the Lake District.
