Gite du Marais

In the heart of the Hameau de Saint Sulpice, on the Plateau d'Hauteville commune, the Gîte du Marais (45m²) is on the ground floor of the house, with a private, independent terrace. This gîte has been renovated to offer you a bright gîte with quality materials. There is a private parking space in front of the gîte. The main entrance opens onto a functional, fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area and a sitting area. A corridor leads to an independent toilet, a shower room and two bedrooms, with direct access to the private terrace. The first bedroom has a 140*190 bed, while the second has a 90*190 bed and a second 90*200 bed.
Private laundry room in the shared hallway (washing machine and dryer, plus ski storage). The best thing about this gîte: everything is included - beds are made up on arrival, towels and utilities are included. Upstairs, above the gîte, are two apartments. Come and discover the new restoration of the Marais de Vaux, with its 160 listed plant species (carnivorous plants, orchids...) and its 900-meter-long interpretation trail on stilts for new and exciting discoveries. For young and old alike, for a weekend or a longer stay, there's plenty to do in the great outdoors: hiking and mountain biking trails, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing.
