For your holidays in the countryside, you'll love the peaceful, leafy setting of this single-storey gîte, 80 m2, sleeps 5.
It's also a practical and pleasant solution for business travellers.
It comprises
- fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, hob and small electrical appliances
-dining room and lounge with 2 sofas, 1 armchair, television
-separate WC
-1 bedroom with 1 double bed + wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, hairdryer)
-1 bedroom with 3 single beds; 2 beds can be joined to make 1 160cm bed; wardrobe, bathroom with shower and washbasin (no window to the outside)
Mattress protectors and pillows provided, bed linen supplied.
Spare bed on request.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair on request.
WIFI internet access.
Ample parking space. Bike shed. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue.
Located in the owners' house.
Various board games are available for your entertainment. A games room shared with the other gîtes is located at the entrance to the Gîte de l'arbre, where you can use the pool table. Around the house you will also find a petanque area, a trampoline, a basketball hoop, a swing and games for children ....
Close to the Cusancin valley, walking trails, springs, caves, viewpoints...

Minimum stay 4 nights.
Weekly rate: €385, or €55 per night for 5 people.
Monthly rate: €1,200, i.e. €40 per night.
A deposit of €200 is required on arrival.
Tourist tax: €0.75 per night per person over 18.
Cleaning must be done on departure, or cleaning service for 40€.
Pets accepted but not allowed in bedrooms
