Gîte "entre vignes et montagne"

Character house at the foot of the Bugey mountains, in the charming little wine village of Lhuis. The house is located in a hamlet 3 km from the village center, where you'll find all amenities (bakery, butcher's shop, grocery store and a bar/restaurant). The private 3mx5m swimming pool is heated and covered by a safety curtain. The house can accommodate 8 people, and comprises: - ground floor: living room/equipped kitchen opening onto large living room with fireplace. - on the first level, level access to the dry-stone terraced garden with 2 bedrooms (each with 2 beds 90x200) - shower room - separate WC, - on the second level 1 large bedroom with 2 sleeping areas and sets of 2 beds 90x200 each - bathroom - separate WC. Sheets and towels provided - By default, beds will be made in 90, but you can ask me to twin the beds to have beds in 180. Please let me know! Cleaning package: 60€ You'll be surrounded by greenery (the back of the house is in the woods, with a swing for the kids). Many hiking trails start from the village. You can also discover our organic AOC Bugey wines and our organic grape juices, and take a stroll through our vineyards overlooking the Rhône, where you'll have a magnificent view of the Isère river. Many medieval villages surround us, including Crémieu and Pérouges, as well as Morestel, famous for its city of painters. 10 minutes from the Walibi Rhône-Alpes theme park, 20 minutes from the Vallée Bleue water sports center. You'll be 1 hour from Lyon, 45 minutes from Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport, 45 minutes from Chambéry, 1 hour from Geneva and just 1h30 from the first ski resorts in the Alps.
