Gîte La Gentiane - Les Jonquilles

Sandy and Boris welcome you to La Gentiane, a former fruit farm and then mountain sports center in the family resort of Menthières-Monts-Jura at 1000 m altitude. They renovated the place in 2018 to bring it back to life with the reopening of the bar-restaurant and have created 4 gîtes combining modern comfort with mountain-style decor: 2 gîtes for 2 to 6 people and 2 gîtes for 2 to 8 people with fully-equipped kitchens and shower rooms-WC. Ideal for hikers, family reunions, friends and sports enthusiasts in summer or winter.
Possibility of renting by the night for hikers from €37 per person. Maximum capacity 28 beds, possibility of renting the 4 gîtes as a group package. Bed linen and towels provided at extra cost. Housework extra.
Gîte "Les Jonquilles" on the 1st floor with PRM access via the terrace: 1 bedroom with 4 beds (1 x 140cm bed and 2 x 90cm bunk beds), living room/kitchen with possibility of 2 beds, 1 shower room and 1 toilet suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Menthières is located in the "Parc Naturel du haut-Jura" on the GTJ, offering superb panoramic views over the Valserine valley and the Haute Chaîne du Jura, and is an ideal place for touring or staying. Hiking, cycling, motorcycling, paragliding, downhill skiing and snowshoeing.
