Gîte La Villa Marguerite

Through a gate, you enter the property with on your right, a relaxing area under the trees, and on the left, the garden and parking for two vehicles. The entrance is via an outside staircase which leads to the first floor. On arrival, you will be seduced by the parquet floor and the ornamental fireplace which leads to a fully equipped kitchen, all open to the dining area and its sitting area. In the extension, an independent WC, a shower room, and a bedroom with a 160*200 bed with a beautiful view on the Monastery. From the corridor, you have access to a mezzanine with a beautiful wooden frame; which includes 4 single beds that can be joined together as required. Electric heating. The gîte is ideally situated to discover this jewel of Bourg en Bresse, and its town centre with its architecture, its apothecary. The owners have equipped the gîte to guarantee your comfort by practising all-inclusive: the beds are made on arrival, the bathroom linen is provided and the charges are included.
