> Ground floor: a large and bright living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. A dining room, a living room with armchairs and sofa (wood stove), a library, a television with DVD player.
A bedroom with a double bed (140), a bathroom with bathtub, a laundry room and a separate toilet.

> Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140), the other with a single bed and four bunk beds. A bathroom with shower, toilet and storage cupboards. You will also enjoy a large enclosed terrace with a beautiful view of the Grand Colombier and a garden.

Swimming in the summer at the Virieu-le-Grand lake (12km) or the Bourget lake (30km)
Hiking on the Grand Colombier massif or on the Retord Plateau.
Near the astronomical observatory of La Lèbe.
