Gite "Le pied de Biche"

Situated at the foot of the Col de la Biche and the Surlyand Nordic ski area (Jura) with a wide range of activities, in the Rhône valley, at the heart of a rich and varied tourist destination, all year round.
Detached house over 4 floors:
On the ground floor, a small lounge with television, a kitchen, a large room (40 m2) with a dining area and a lounge area with fireplace, leading onto a terrace (30 m2) with access to the garden.
On the 1st floor, 5 bedrooms (one for 3 people, 3 for 2 people, one for one person) and a shower room.
On the top floor, the attic room with 4 single beds and a shower room.
Toilet on all floors.
Under the ground floor, at garden level, is the cellar, that can be accessed from inside the house and from the garden: there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, extra fridge and the possibility of storing bicycles or skis.
In a separate outbuilding, there is an enclosed garage for a car, bikes or motorbikes.
