Completely renovated 18th-century house in the centre of the Haut Jura Regional Nature Park (RNN, national nature reserve), close to Les Rousses, the resort with 4 villages (Les Rousses, Prémanon, Lamoura and Bois d'Amont), which welcomes nature-lovers winter and summer alike, the first French resort to be awarded the "Flocon vert" label for its commitment to sustainable development. This 270m² gîte, which sleeps 15 people, is a charming blend of old-world authenticity and contemporary modernism, and welcomes you all year round to enjoy all the seasons of the Jura.
Old furniture, old wooden floors and old walls live in harmony with modern comfort and well-being (sound and heat insulation, VMC, water-saving measures, functional bathroom and kitchen). 5 large, attractively decorated bedrooms, 2 lounges for watching TV or playing with the kids, 3 shower rooms and a functional bathroom, 4 WCs, 2 of which are separate, and a kitchen opening onto the dining room, with a central island and everything you need to prepare a good Jura meal, a large entrance hall with winter clothes racks, a ski and boot room, plenty of cupboard space and ample parking.
